First-class support from the beginning
Our support in terms of casting technology in component development ranges from the creation of 3D models including installation space analysis to complex simulations (FEM) with structure optimisation, casting simulations, etc. We also provide valuable assistance in material substitution. Moreover, in cooperation with an accredited testing laboratory we conduct further component tests and analyses according to ISO/IEC 17025, which may provide valuable findings for the development of components.
At the same time, our customers benefit from our own research and development projects, which we carry out in cooperation with renowned universities.
Based on the intensive cooperation with the developers and designers at a very early stage, the subsequent prototyping can be implemented within a very short period of time. From single items to small series consisting of 100 components to cover the start-up process, all requests are realised. The moulds are generally produced with a chemically bonded moulding material (furan sand), but a realisation via rapid prototyping core printing is also possible.
