Quality right from the beginning
At MWS, quality assurance begins as early as in the planning and development phase of the components. That’s why we support our customers with various different simulation models right from the start and perform all required component tests and inspections in a laboratory certified in accordance with ISO/IEC 17025 during the development phase and document all data relevant to quality. It goes without saying that our plants are certified according to ISO 9001 in line with a validated quality management and according to IATF 16949 especially for the automotive segment. As we strive to accomplish our zero-error policy, you can rely on the following quality assurance measures:
- Continuous material analyses using state-of-the-art spectrometers
- Thermal analysis
- Grinding patterns and crystal structural analysis
- X-ray inspection
- Hardness testing
- Tension test according to DIN EN 10002
- Dimensional tests using state-of-the-art 3D coordinate measuring devices
- Optical measurement with GOM system

- Issuance of production and conformity certificates 3.1 and 2.2
- Initial sampling in accordance with VDA standards
- Documentation and inspection instructions according to DB standard
