Perfection in detail
We have 25 machining centres for the mechanical processing on CNC machines. At these centres, components made in MWS production are processed, but we also perform contract machining for aluminium castings of all casting processes.
Modern machinery
The machine park is characterised by flexible horizontal 4-axis machines, 5-axis machines and dual-spindle machining centres. Innovative tool concepts ensure both short cycle times and a high level of automation through the use of handling robots.
Purity
Residue-critical components are cleaned using special washing machines and can be inspected in a residual dirt laboratory according to the required specifications. The packaging is chosen in such a way that a new contamination of the components is prevented.
